it-Cobh Tour

Cobh, known from 1850 until the late 1920s as Queenstown, is a tourist seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland. Cobh is on the south side of Great Island in Cork Harbour and is home to Ireland's only dedicated cruise terminal.

Queenstown, now Cobh, a stunning seaport town in Cork on the south coast of Ireland, was also the Titantic's final stop on its last and tragic voyage across the Atlantic. A total of 123 of Titanic's passengers boarded at Queenstown - only 44 survived the sinking of the Titanic. The last local Titanic survivor was from Cork (Ellen Shine) - she passed away at the age of 98 in 1993.
